By purchasing or booking a class with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All payments are final — we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. Students may reschedule their class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time through our booking system. If a reschedule request is made less than 12 hours before class, you must email us, and exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Plans and packages have specific expiration dates, which are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any unused classes after the expiration date will be forfeited. It is the student’s responsibility to schedule and attend their classes within the valid period.

Classes start and end at the scheduled times. If a student arrives late, the class will still end at the original time. Instructors are not required to make up for missed time due to student tardiness.

By enrolling, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Al comprar o reservar una clase con nuestra empresa, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones. Todos los pagos son finales; no ofrecemos reembolsos ni cancelaciones bajo ninguna circunstancia. Los estudiantes pueden reprogramar su clase hasta 12 horas antes del horario establecido a través de nuestro sistema de reservas. Si la solicitud se realiza con menos de 12 horas de anticipación, deberás enviarnos un correo electrónico y las excepciones se evaluarán caso por caso.

Los planes y paquetes tienen fechas de vencimiento específicas, las cuales se indican claramente al momento de la compra. Cualquier clase no utilizada después de la fecha de vencimiento se perderá. Es responsabilidad del estudiante programar y asistir a sus clases dentro del período de validez.

Las clases comienzan y terminan a la hora programada. Si un estudiante llega tarde, la clase finalizará en el horario original. Los instructores no están obligados a recuperar el tiempo perdido por retrasos del estudiante.

Al inscribirte, aceptas mantener un ambiente respetuoso y profesional durante las clases. El comportamiento inapropiado o disruptivo puede resultar en la suspensión o terminación del acceso sin derecho a reembolso.
